If our health is shaky, and when issues arise (which often do, because, of course, we are not in control of EVERYTHING), it’s important to have systems and practices in place for when we need to function in business.
“Prepare for the worst; expect the best”, because, I’m a realist and an optimist at the same time. This includes being considerate of myself, and putting on my proverbial “oxygen mask” first….can you dig it?
While it’s true that it’s important to stay thirsty, it’s impossible to drink from a firehose.
Brand YOU. In other words, share your heart, your point of view, and start, if you haven’t already, being a bit more “public” about who you are, what you are up to, and how you show up in our world. It’s your choice, and a delicate balance about how much to share online.
It seems like gratitude is becoming a buzz-word. However, buzz-word or not, I’ll continue to keep gratitude a top focus in my life.
